"I would not recommend TBCH seek healthcare. I suggest bringing someone with you to your appointments or asking permission to record your appointments. I attend my appointments alone. Doctors are not caring about my health. If someone were with you, etc., then doctors would do their job better and treat you better, maybe. —— My current doctor diagnosed & wrote my numbness off without ordering a test to check it last year. It makes it harder for me to trust my provider to put my health in his hands, knowing he is brushing my health issues off. It's upsetting! At some point, I couldn't see my primary doctor at the time. I made a last-minute appointment with a different doctor. I was trying to ask a question about a weird feeling in my chest. The doctor cut me off; he told me, "One health problem at the time." He did not let me finish my question. I'm not expecting a miracle doctor to fix my health issues like that. I would like a good doctor to listen to what their patient has to say and ask. Not any of what I've described above. I should be able to feel comfortable with my primary doctor. I don't. I tried so many times. It's truly frustrating. And everything is with my health issues with the numbness and pain."

"The pharmacy there over charges insurance companies by a ton for medications. I asked to pay cash for my meds since it was a couple days before the insurance would cover them but would save me a trip the following week. One was a calcium tablet and the other was a blood pressure pill. They told me it would be $350.00+. I walked out in disgust and never looked back. I got my scripts from another source and they are delivered to the house for a fraction of the cost. ( both under $10.00)"

"After seeing multiple people be pushed out of practice. The most negligent ones are still there. Good luck getting your prescription in a timely manner. The practitioners here are mentally ill controlling people themselves. Seek a Holistic professional."

"This Dr office is a disgusting joke. The people working there have no right to even call themselves Dr.s they are rude, inconsiderate, do NOT care at all about your health and will intentionally give you medicine that does not work to make you come back again and again. They promise they will call back and don't. They tell you they will refer you to a specialist and they don't. They do not keep there word nor do they try to help you. They also will not send prescriptions to pharmacy's outside of there "community". But there pharmacy's close early, and for lunch, and for any other excuse they can come up with so that you do not get your medicine. (not that the medicine they would give you would help anyway). This office should be shut down permanently."
