"Have been trying for hours to call and make a appointment. Can't schedule same day appointment on line. Says you must call. Good luck all I get is setting on hold. Great way to run a medical practice. Supposedly they are urgent care. Well maybe they should have someone answering the phones"

My daughter and I have been feeling under the weather and we had such an enjoyable experience even in our state. The nurse and NP Alyssa were exceptional and so caring with my daughter. "Waste of time! The walk-in is a JOKE. No proper test of symptoms for correct diagnosis and medication. 5 days after getting the wrong medication and still feeling poorly went to Thunder Bay, near Onaway, and was properly diagnosed."
