"Huge upgrade from the vet we used to go to. That other place just pushed prescription dog food like their paycheck depended on it. Pointe, on the other hand, has always been caring, helpful, and thorough in taking care of our pup. The staff here are so kind and patient with our dog, even though he gets really nervous at the vet. Dr. Repke in particular has always been so patient and gentle with Finnegan, and even gets down on the floor with him to make him less scared. He (and the other doctors here) really take their time with our appointments and don't rush us out the door, even if the first 5-10 minutes involves being patient and waiting for our nervous dog to get comfortable and come to them. I can't recommend Pointe Animal Hospital enough."

"I will not be back. One of the worst days of my life was when I had to put down my 2 1/2 year old dog after he became paralyzed in his back end. I brought him to Pointe looking for compassion and a peaceful goodbye to him. I got trauma. They were terrified of him. They muzzled him and shot him with a sedative because they were scared. I had to sit with him for 45 minutes waiting for him to succumb to that sedative. It was horrifying watching him try to get back up and falling because he was fighting the medication. I wish I would have left and taken him to be put down somewhere else. It would have been less painful."
