"This practice used to run on schedule but not anymore. It is extremely busy and the wait to see a practitioner is getting longer and longer. Also, trying to book an appointment is terrible. My annual skin check is now 13 months out instead of 12 months. TIME TO ADD PRACTIONERS! Also, it would be great if there were more satellite offices. The service area is large and as I age, driving two hours for an appointment is tiring. I love the care I receive and Laura Bottomly-Brown is excellent. In fact, I have never seen a practitioner that didn’t give me great service."

"My initial meeting with a PA was positive. However, the follow up from this appointment & the organization has been most disappointing. I was assured there would be communication within 2 weeks sharing the result of my test and advising the outcome. As of 3.5 weeks after my visit, I still have not heard “word one”. The only way I learned the spot on my arm was pre-cancer is Rite Aid contacted me regarding a needed prescription. It appears with the growth of this organization, there is a serious loss of focus for the patient and follow up on results learned. What a shame as this was a strong patient focus organization at one time."
