Rite Aid

"Been shopping there for nearly 5 years. Today I go to scan my "loyalty card" at the counter and the cashier grabs it from me and scans it herself. I said "I could have done that." She replies "I don't want people reaching near the register". Excuse me??? So what she was really saying was 'I don't want you trying to steal from the register', even though it was closed and I'm not a G.D. thief! I dunno, does CVS or Walgreens treat their customers like criminals? Might be spending my money there from now on. This is just straight up B.S.!!!"

"The store portion of this rite aid is perfectly fine, the pharmacy side for lack of better words just sucks. They never have anything in stock."

"I work up the road so it’s a frequent stop for me in on my lunch hour. I haven’t had an issues at all. I usually interact with their cashier Santana. He is very pleasant with such a bubbly personality. I LOVE IT!!! He needs a raise/promotion because he really has some phenomenal customer service skills. I’d say he’s management material if he isn’t already a manager. Js.. keep an amazing employee."

"Everyone is the pharmacy is always so nice and friendly, especially Linda. They do a really great job. I've had a lot of bad experiences at pharmacies in the past, I've been treated with nothing but respect and kindness here. I originally started getting my medication filled here because I received my vaccine at Rite Aid and they were so welcoming. I'm glad that I did. Wish the store would help them out with staffing, it seems like their hours are limited because of this. I hope the management treats the staff as well as they treat their customers."

"I always enjoy coming here because the employees are always nice. My partner likes to talk to Brian a lot because they both play the same video game, haha. Anyway, since I take a lot of medication, either my partner or I stop by the pharmacy a lot to pick them up. The people there are nice, too. The store isn't perfect, but who is?"
