"I have been getting the same 5 prescriptions filled at this location for 16 months. Without fail, there is an issue at least every other month and for the last 6 or so... There have been issues every month. It is very frustrating and also time consuming. Either they claim the prescriptions were not sent over or were written incorrectly. I do not believe this is the case, as I get the same exact medications and amount, every single month. I've spoken with my doctors office on several occasions regarding these matters and they also claim this to be untrue. Personally, I think, perhaps this particular location is either unorganized or under-staffed. I will be changing pharmacies this month. Honestly, I should have done that long ago but, we all know what a pain in the neck insurance can be... And the potential issues that come along with making any changes. I will say that the pharmacy staff is always polite, though... And usually apologetic when an issue does arise. However, their wait times can sometimes be a bit agregious and the pharmacist doesn't always alert the customer of interactions. So, if you are a customer of this particular locations pharmacy, please do your due diligence and be aware of what you're taking. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Make sure you count your medications, as well, before you leave the pharmacy."
