"The vets and staff are always so gentle and sweet to our two Maine Coons. They are very inclusive of the "fur-parents" being involved in the treatment and handling with their pets, and explain all of the procedures and recommendations very clearly. The staff is warm and affectionate, and the building itself is very clean and comfortable. "I have been seeing Dr. Oswald since the first day I got my first puppy in the 1990's. I have had only excellent experiences with her, Dr. Novkov, the other doctors I have seen, and the wonderful vet techs like Debbie. My dogs have had a variety of medical issues, including some bouts with cancer and highly difficult autoimmune diseases, and the care and guidance they provide has always been top notch. I still drive across town to make sure my dogs have the very best care. I cannot recommend more highly!"

"When I got my first rabbit in 2021, I knew I had to find a vet to take them to for both sickness and just to keep an overview on their health. Sadly I lost one last year, and when I called to inform them, they were very sympathetic and I even got a card in the mail.
