"Dentists here are horrible. Had a bad tooth that needed to be removed by the oral surgeon. He left pieces of the tooth in didnt remove them. In excruciating pain now. Mangled the gums around removed tooth and drilled the hell out of the tooth in front of it to remove that tooth. Like why?"

"I went in to have my front tooth and the one next to it ground and filled. They did a half a** job missed some spots that when air touches the spots they missed I'm in excruciating pain. I called and told them they missed spots in the filing process so now nerves are open to the air and they refuse to take me back. They don't want to admit their fault. Now I'm in pain and in search of a new dentist. First and only trip to bay mills health center. You guys can sit on the bill too. I'm not paying you for not even doing the job right. They won't even have me come in to see what they missed they don't want to see because if they do the are admitting they are wrong. Absolute f*****g useless office. They ground it down and didn't fill it so now I guess I'm stuck in pain with huge holes they left behind."

"Staff is prompt and calls to remind appointments several days in advance. Staff is also approachable and friendly, offering different options and helping me with any questions regarding forms, appointments, or other services. I'm seeing a Nurse Practitioner, and a therapist, my wife has also been using their services, and in the past 18 months we have had a wonderful experience. I feel like I can get the health services I need here, at a fraction of the cost. They accept Blue Care Network, and are flexible with their payment plans. On-site pharmacy is affordable and often costs less than other places, and saves me from having to make additional trips elsewhere. Do consider this place, especially if you are on Blue Care Network insurance. Not many places accept it, and for the service you get, I think it is worth the money well spent."
