"I've been going here with my two dogs for a couple of years. I really like the vet and most of the people. There is one person that has finally made me move my animals to a different vet. She is an older lady that answers the phone and is so rude. She is snippy until you ask a question, then she acts like it's a personal attack. I'm nice, and expect it to be returned. It has happened both times I've talked to her. She's the reason I never brought my cat there. Now they lost my dogs."
