I waited 5 months for a follow up shot (by law only 3months are required ) If you're unlucky enough to have to see the nurse at the Gladstone clinic, (you can't miss her, I think she may have formerly played in the WNBA), go to the walk-in at OSF. They have compassion, and not a 30 question interview before a cortisone shot only to be told "I don't feel comfortable enough." Giving me a shot for a ruptured shoulder. No stars..Joke."
