"Awful wait time compared to aurora...2 and a half hrs to see a provider!"
"This place is hands down better than any treatment I got at the Aurora urgent care. Yes, there was a wait, but that was to be expected. The doctor, Gary, was thorough and explained everything very nicely. The nurse and front desk associate were super sweet! They took care of my daughter as one of their own. Being 4th of July weekend, they were so pleasant."
"I brought my husband into Urgent Care. The receptionist asking the nature of our visit. I said, “he has either got a concussion or has had a stroke.” She immediately escorted us to a room and a nurse immediately started to hook up EKG while the receptionist finished intake information on the computer in the room. I thought all was headed in the right direction. But it went sideways when my husband said he didn’t really want MRI because he was afraid of tight spaces. Even though, I, his patient advocate wanted it. He was sent home. 12 hours of clumsy Slurred speech Lost memory 3 months of other doctors He had had a TIA I am furious. Not only was my concern ignored, but nurse and doctor thought he was funny. Told me he likely had low blood sugar. Idiots."
"i have been waiting for 45 minutes. i mentioned i had to be at work. they are getting people in behind me ahead of me… i recognized them(as i went to use the restroom) and heard them say good by as i now sit here waiting. Normally i have had great care here. i can understand if others are really ahead of me. this is rediculous."
"I can't say enough good things about our experience at bellin urgent care, everyone there was so nice, we actually were there about 2 hours because they had to call in someone to take an x-ray but the whole time we were waiting, Susan the APNP that was taking care of my husband would peek her head in the door to make sure we knew what was taking so long and apologize for our long wait. The male nurse that we saw first was also super good and very friendly. We were very satisfied with my husband's care and treatment he received. We would definitely recommend bellin urgent care, and will go there again if needed."
