"First time calling the academy, no one answers the phone, with instructions to txt to book an test date. It took 2 days to return my txt asking for certain docs. I replied and asked for a specific road test date, 3 weeks in advance. The response comes back that, that's too far in the future and the tester has no schedule for that week?? I asked why can the tester book the date anyway, the unexpected response comes back, " go to another co. good luck" simply rude and unprofessional, and yes, I will certainly take my business somewhere else."
"I had a really great experience taking my road test here. I was a little bit worried about the bad reviews, but I didn't experience anything like what people are saying. Instructor Pat is extremely kind, and he wants to not only help you as much as possible to pass but also to learn and become a great driver. He gave very constructive feedback which I will make sure to remember."
"My daughter took her driving test here. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly. The instructor was top notch. He clearly gave directions to my daughter and explained everything in detail. At the end of the test, he went over a few small things to work on, but overall gave her a great score. I saw some negative reviews in the comments and had to be sure and write a review. If you look closely at those comments, it was those that didn't pass. I don't think it's fair to the company to give them a poor review because the driver wasn't ready for the test."
"I had Arnie Vandercruyssen as my road tester, and he was very good. He was calm, collected, and would tell me what I did wrong on the road. It was not stressful at all, and we talked, which helped me feel like it was just a normal day driving in the city. If you need to take a road test, or want to take one here, ask for Arnie. The location is great, and their classes were very informative on how to pass the road test."
