"Dr Lindeman is great, nothing bad to say there. But every time I go I dread that waiting room. No music, no TV, no magazines, no books, no activities for kids, just chairs and total silence other than hearing the receptionists chatter. It's the worst I've ever seen. Solitary confinement has got to be better than the waiting room in this place."
