"The person at the counter asked for my insurance card then says, "Oh wow, your insurance is terrible!" Loud enough for everyone in the entire pharmacy to hear her. First of all I don't need a pharmacy tech's opinion of my insurance because I certainly didn't ask for it and secondly there is zero reason to announce that opinion to the whole parmacy at the volume she did. This is easily the most unprofessional encounter I've had at any pharmacy. All of it was completely uncalled for."

When I was finally got through, the person I spoke with was incredibly rude, even after I thanked her for NOT putting me n hold again as I had been trying to reach someone for nearly 20 minutes. I was also hung up on by a pharmacist. And when I called back, he was incredibly rude as well. I will be transferring my prescriptions ASAP!"
