"I love this place! They have so many great classes, I wish I could take them all! There's also a nice little gift shop in the front with wares from local artists."
"As a past exhibiting artist, employee whom taught every age group at the BBAC and almost every class, workshop, camp and such over eight years or so, composed class descriptions and concepts, named gallery spaces, filled in as janitor, volunteered MANY times, was the person whom insisted the small lot of open land and sandy creek be saved and incorporated into the art center grounds.. much more, I will say I was taken advantage of and sucked dry, step stoned upon and more.. shame on this money maker and the culture of assimilation!!"
"Nice place. Lots of kids for summer camp. Arrived there during lunch and the instructors were there interacting with the kids."
"An excellent gallery. Great classes. A cool place to go to on a weekday. The 40th Annual Michigan Fine Arts Competition is being shown in the gallery. And one of my paintings is there."
"This is the region's premier non-academic fine art center. The instructors are top class hands-on artists and teachers. The instructors specialize in a variety of styles and media. Students come from as far away as Ann Arbor, Lansing, Toledo, and Rochester."
