"Very unprofessional. I met the photographer on picture day at the school. I explained to him the photo package and extra photos I wanted of my twins. He took individual photos and a group photo. A month later he gave the school a package I didn't order of the one photo of the twins together. I was told by the school that he misplaced my order form. I called and spoke to the photographer. He said that he would look for their individual photos, then ignored my calls, texts, and voice messages. I never heard back from him. Glad my school chose to go with a different photographer this year. Chose a photographer with integrity, not this one."
