"RUDE, they made me feel bad for walking in to get a covid vaccine. They actually make it hard. They said they will not vaccinate without I. D. It so happened i only forgot my ID. However they appear to not want to give me a vaccine. All around bad experience. Difficult to make an appointment for a working person. Only appointment is noon? Or there about. I won't be using the pharmacy for ANYTHING any longer. Not when Central Pharmacy made it fast and easy."

"I wanted to like this pharmacy, I really did. I love the convenience and being able to use the app for refills, but more than once, I have shown up for a script a few DAYS later and it isn't filled. Twice now, they have had questions about one of my medications (2 different ones) but instead of calling the doctor or calling me, they just don't do anything. Once I was waiting in the waiting area with my son who had an ear infection, and there was nobody in line or waiting, they were busy filling the orders for the day. I was first told it would take a few HOURS. I can appreciate they have a high volume of business to do, but if I'm waiting with my crying son for an antibiotic, do they really want to hear him cry for hours in their waiting area? (One of the ladies took pity on me and faced the annoyance of the other techs, and pushed us ahead, we were out of there in about 45 minutes instead of hours.) I have been dispensed the wrong dosage, and wasnt told until I refilled it that last time it was wrong. THEY REALIZED THEY DOUBLED MY DOSE, AND DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME. We went to fill a script with less than an hour left until closing time, and after a 30 minute wait, we were told that they dont fill prescriptions in the last 20 minutes of the day. (That's a fairly reasonable policy, but if we walk in with 50 minutes before closing, we should be able to expect it to be filled?) I walk away frustrated more often than not from this pharmacy - it's consistently bad to mediocre service. The only positive thing I can say is that when they DO have everything ready, the staff who work face to face with the customers are very nice."
