Walmart Pharmacy

"This place is a joke. I was told by the same lady who helped me 7 hours earlier that my scripts would be ready in about 30 mins. Then she says, “well do you know who helped you?”"

"Half the time they don't even have my medication. I have to wait days to refill my prescriptions. The waiting time is super long, especially in the Drive-Thru. At one time I've waited an hour and told at the drive-through window to wait another half hour for prescriptions."

"Miss Pharmacy has very nice death. Don't Mind questions. However I have never been there where they didn't say I had to wait an entire hour to get a prescription."

"This place is a joke. Came in for a script they said it was processing and to come back after there lunch in 30 minutes. Came back to be told to wait another 30 minutes. I switched from this one to the one in Alma because they were charging me for scripts that for some reason are free with my insurance in Alma. When asking Alma why they would do this they said the pharmacy does not decide what you pay your insurance does. If it's free one place it is free every where else you go same with a fee. So before you fork out that money check to see if there is a charge some place else."

"I have been getting my son's meds filled at this pharmacy for years. I've finally had enough and I am going to take my business elsewhere. It seems that every month there is some kind of problem with getting his meds filled or with billing. This month I went to fill his meds on Thursday. They were out of two of them. I asked when they would have them in and was told they would be there Saturday. I called this morning(Saturday) and was informed they still don't have the one med and won't have it until Wednesday. Because it is a controlled substance they can't transfer it to another store. So now my son is without meds until I can call the dr office on Monday and have them redo the script to a different store. Had I known this on Thursday when I asked I would have taken care of it on Friday. So frustrated!!"
