"I Took the test with Mrs Lisa and she was so sweet and truly helped calm my nerves great instructor 5 ⭐ truly if it wasn't for Mrs Lisa, I would have hated the experience I had at same day road test (of course I passed first try btw). (however Dominga was very rude. I was supposed to take my test with her a day prior yet she canceled it and said I was “practicing parking before the test” she had a rude attitude and needs to be talked to about customer service) [not only does she look like a witch but she acts like one which is worse in my opinion] so glad I didn't take the test with her and happy I took it with Mrs Lisa 5⭐s. If I could give Dominga a -500 ⭐ I would she the definition of hates her job and pure evil…"

It seemed as though the company was more focused on taking the payment rather than ensuring a positive customer experience. This approach left me feeling like they were looking for any excuse to prevent me from driving, which is perplexing considering their business model. I don't understand how this business model of being thieves works out for them but apparently they're still in business so it's quite functioning. Reflecting on my experience and reading through older reviews, it's clear that this is not an isolated incident but a pattern of behavior for them. It seems their business model thrives on rigidity and poor customer treatment. I deeply regret not paying heed to previous reviews that highlighted similar issues. To potential customers considering them please learn from my mistake and the experiences of others. This company's approach to service and customer care is profoundly lacking, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your driving needs."

"Lisa is a very welcoming lady. She made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. She had friendly conversations with me while I was driving and made me feel at home. I couldn't imagine any other instructor to do this with!"

"The instructor said my parking was perfect, that i was a very safe driver and she was going to pass me but she thinks i’m not experienced enough and i should come back in 24 hours. ? how am i supposed to get the experience i need in 24 hours? The instructor also made me really nervous even though I didn’t make any dangerous moves. I still tried to reschedule for the next day because I know I would have passed if i had a different instructor, but the website wants me to login but there is no login page. I wish I never went to this place."
