"I really like Dr. Helman. She's wonderful and definitely the motivation for writing a review. I have a tendency to have some social anxiety around people in general, but Dr. Helman is one of those people that put me completely at ease. The staff at Hancock VA have been very good as well. Intake nurses have been excellent, phlebotomy staff have been good, and reception/office staff are also very good. I've also been very happy with non-VA community care that I received through referrals from Hancock VA. Iron Mountain appointment scheduling system also deserves a shout for meeting all my needs and expectations. THANK YOU for caring for our community veterans!!"
