"We enrolled our child in English and Math classes at this learning center a few months ago. The only positive aspect is the provision of materials/homework books, along with a favorable teacher-student ratio. The weekly in-person sessions lack instructional content, with students given homework books to work on independently. Considering the amount we pay, it doesn't seem justified. Although they distribute weekly books, it feels like additional homework for our child, prompting us to take a break. We desire more personalized attention to cater to our child's needs. A drawback is the lack of homework review by the teachers, leaving us somewhat disappointed. Overall, we seek a more individualized approach to enhance our child's learning experience."
