"I would have given 5 stars unfortunately my husband didn't get to see me before procedure and when I was in recovery they failed to find him in waiting room. He was at exact seat the whole time. I made everyone aware of his hearing . Finally found him but upsetting to us. Very good staff in preop and recovery."

"I was extremely pleased with the excellent care I received at McClaren Port Huron. I entered the ER on a busy Friday with an acute appendicitis . The staff was attentive and efficient getting me admitted and scheduled for surgery. From the amazing ER staff to the nurses , aids, and caring professional surgical team I felt safe and taken care of. I can’t say enough about the quality of care I received. "I have had both very good & very bad experiences with this hospital over the years. I will say the staff with Hospice care like Jessica & Nicole, the pastors, etc. are amazing. There is also a lovely young lady that draws blood at the hospital as well as so many kind nurses, doctors & general staff… Yet I feel like there’s something fishy… deeper at the core of multiple Mclaren locations & hospitals in general… & it all has to do with money. I keep getting emails to rate this place… so here ya have it. I will end this by saying this hospital has the best puppy chow for sale I’ve ever had in my life & you can get it behind the main entrance check in desk at the snack bar- they make great frappes too! Also remember Casey’s (local Port Huron restaurant) sells pizza & yummy foods in the cafeteria Tuesday & Thursdays!"

"I had to get a Mammogram. After admission, it took about 5 min to be called back. the technician was very nice. I had some questions and she answered them. My appointment went smooth. I would recommend McLaren Port Huron Hospital. I liked the way I was treated."

"I gave birth here about a month ago and still am so overwhelmed by how incredible the nurses were in labor & delivery. I had such an amazing experience and the nurses are to thank for that. I was so terrified and after telling them how scared I was, they made sure I was doing okay and took extra measures for my comfort and I am so grateful. Tina and Liz especially were so beyond sweet, and I hope they get more recognition for their awesomeness. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and being in the same room through the entire experience (induction, labor, birth, and recovery) is great. I would highly recommend birthing at this hospital to anyone I know."
