"Their treatment of animals is superb and the pricing of the care is so reasonable I can't believe it! I take all 4 of my pets to this animal hospital and trust them 100% that they have my and my pets best interests and health in mind!"
"This place is by far the friendliest and most accommodating animal hospital, I have experienced in my pet owner lifetime. They always promptly get my pet in (which is important with a cat with frequent medical issues), and answer all my questions with patience and kindness. I am not a local resident and travel for this pet care, they are the absolute best. Highly recommend."
"Called to get monthly medicine for our dog. Never made it to Greenville that day so stopped to pick up the following week. The person at the desk was rude because I hadn't called 24 hours prior, nope I called a week ago. She was going to refuse me until she seen that I had indeed called the week before. When I got home I had received two separate emails about their policy being 24 hours in advance. I guess 7 days early isn't good enough. Rude people should not b at the front desk. There is a proper way to speak to people."
"I had to take my cat, Billy in to be euthanized about a month ago. They were able to schedule the appointment the same day I called. Pricing was excellent. The entire staff were fantastic, compassionate, professional, and caring. I'd give 10 stars if I could. All other pets are now transferred from a different Greenville vet. Thank you all so much for how you handled Billy and us on a not so fun day. Dirk & Debby"
"Would not recommend. We had an appointment about a week ago here. Our dog had a tick and it was removed and she was seen for a UTI. Given antibiotics. The Vet herself, asked for a urine sample to be brought in in approximately 1 week. No problems. Had my MIL bring in the sample this morning only to be charged $80 because "we had to use our equipment"... What kind of ridiculous reasoning is that? Either way. Now after checking her urine, they want us, urgently, to bring her in later today because they found something in her urine pointing towards Lyme Disease, which could be potentially fatal to our dog. My wife called because her card was the victim of fraud and has since been reissued, we are just waiting for it to come in the mail. Asked if we could give them a check just this once (for $90). We were immediately told no and that we need to reschedule due to our inability to pay at the time of service. I could understand if this was a normal check up, however, this is for something that could be fatal to our dog. A veterinarians office, that claims to care for animals, is forcing us to basically let our dog suffer because we are waiting for a debit card in the mail. Ridiculous service."
