"My son received so much needed help towards his reading, expresions, and much more. This school and the staff truly care about your child/children. If you are looking for a place that you can be comfortable and at ease with this is the place! Everyone is very hands on and they connect with you on a personal level with your child's academics. Just an overall great learning environment!!!"
"Terrible, fired counselor after month of meeting her. They don't accommodate for mental health at all, and the kids are absolutely awful. Teachers ignore everything and hardly teach anything at all. I don't advise you to let your children here. Many students and teachers leave because the school is so awful. It's horrific and terrifying there."
"Branch Line has been a transformational experience for our kids! The project based learning approach, coupled with an amazing group of teachers and staff, has sparked a new love of learning! I love this place!"
"i love the school"
"Review of Branch Line Pre-School My son has attended to two pre-schools prior to Branch Line Pre-School - both were safe environments with caring and nurturing staff however Branch Line Pre-School is a cut above these in terms of their approach to learning, student encouragement and respect of individual traits and needs, and developing the ability of the children to get along as a group. The approach to learning is like nothing I have seen elsewhere, even Montessori, in that they are preparing children to be self-sufficient learners even while they learn alphabet, numbers, fine motor skills like writing etc. and how to play and work together. The 4 four and five year old students regularly make individual presentations to the class and the parents about what they have learnt. Through carefully structured and themed centers they are introduced to basic math and science concepts which are used to answer the question that each student has about a topic. My son has learnt about artists, insects, the ocean, pets, and kindness amongst other topics. The approach of the teachers Miss Molly and Miss Jenni openly emphasizes kindness, love, respect and co-operation between the students and between the teachers and the students. Miss Molly and Miss Jenni are one of those rare teaching duo's that work well together and complement each others strengths and personality. Observing them in action for just a short while it becomes clear how experienced they are in working with children. This is not a daycare pre-school and parent involvement is welcomed and encouraged - it's a great place if you want to be more involved in your child's pre-school life. I encourage you to contact the school and make a time to drop in and see this program in action and you'll also be able to see how your pre-schooler will have the opportunity to progress into the school's unique K-8 program when they come of age. My son has been at Branch Line Pre-School for a year now and we plan to be starting him in their Kindergarten program in the Fall."
