"Buses are constantly late. Don't receive alerts of buses running late until child is already supposed to be home in the afternoon. When running late in the morning will get the call while child is already at bus stop. However, when you look at the Durham bus tracker app before sending child to bus stop, the bus is just sitting in a restaurant parking lot. This problem has gotten worse over the years."
