The vet did a great job explaining everything to us, and the vet staff was conscious of pricing and had us approve all the costs up front which I appreciated. We had to transfer to another vet because they didn’t have a vet overnight but my experience was better here."

"I brought a kitten in with a broken leg and arrived a bit early. On time with my appointment, I was put in a room where I waited roughly 15 minutes for the Dr. After going over everything I had hoped to go over, the technician who assisted me at first put a new bandage on my kitten, and gave it Christmas drawings. Something so small made me realize that Blue Pearl is a fantastic pet hospital. I am glad I drove an hour to get service that felt as loving as my own home. If you're wondering about an injury with your pet, the surgical team I saw will treat your pet like they were their pet. Highly recommended. :)"

"Blue Pearl is an incredibly caring and well equipped facility. I brought in my two cats, Kiwi and Apricot. One of them ate lilies and I didn’t know which one. Lilies are incredibly toxic and can kill a cat within 12 to 72 hrs. Hospitalization is required. We were able to make a guess that Apricot was the one, and they began treating him with induced vomiting, activated charcoal, IV fluids, and overnight care, checking his bloodwork every 24 hrs. They expressed concern for Kiwi and were clear about the potential risks for bringing her home. Naturally, this was all very expensive. I didn’t have the money to give treatment to both cats. So, as much it pained me, I had to take the risk. Fortunately, she is happy and healthy. They were thoroughly upfront about cost and offered options regarding financial assistance. I’ve been in financial hardship and I did not have the money to give Apricot his full treatment. They were patient and empathetic while I figured out what I could and couldn’t do. They helped me narrow down what treatments were most essential and they even helped me try to find another hospital more affordable for me. I ended up keeping him hospitalized for one night, even though they recommended two. They were concerned for Apricot but were very understanding of my situation. I appreciate the empathy I received from all the staff at Blue Pearl. They even let me bring my dinner into the appointment room, as the nature of the situation called for a lot of time. They helped make this stressful situation, a great deal less stressful. Apricot is doing really well now, and he is as happy and healthy as ever. I am so relieved and thankful. The only reason this isn’t a five star, is that the money side of things felt a little complicated. Some of it confused me and seemed to confuse the staff too. However, I really appreciated their patience as I asked questions to better understand everything. Thank you!"

"We drove over an hour as they were the only vet who’d see our dog in an emergency. They were well worth the drive, extremely helpful, kind through the whole process. Provided us upfront estimates for the procedure and took great care of our pup! Highly recommend Blue Pearl."
