Huron Valley Schools Transportation

"I had called to request a bus pass for my child to ride home with someone else due to a health emergency in my home( which happened 15 mins before school let out). The lady I spoke with was short and refused to allow it. The most frustrating part was the fact that she hung up on me. I can understand if I had been arguing are disrespectful but I hadn't been. Just sorry we cant allow that and click."

"Our drivers, Sherry and Betty are top notch. It’s not an easy job-esp when there are shortages, but they are rockstars!"

"Bus driver dropped every kid on the bus (including my son) off at a random place in a trailer park, then drove the bus away. Their next driver (the replacement for the last one) called the police on the entire bus and the kids ended up being forced out of the bus by armed police men. This place is disgusting."

"Not very attentive to the needs of special education students. A window frame of 3 minutes is ridiculous. He doesn't even ride a normal school bus. They contract out and he goes to school in a minivan. I was informed if I have issues with the transportation I need to drive him myself or pay for a cab. He was late getting to the van and after telling them he would be right out, they left him stating they didn't have the time or money to pick him back up. Hello people, he is a special needs student... he's going to have issues naturally. I'm very upset with Huron Valley Schools Transportation and with Worry Free Transportation. I feel they could've handled this situation much better than what they did."
