"WOW... I drove by this place a hundred times and never knew it was there. I called ahead to ask some questions on some basic guitar strings. Bill the owner spend time and answered questions like I was buying a hundred $ item. When I picked up the strings the young man at the counter was helpful and very polite. AMAZING customer service. I bought the strings and came back later to verify a couple of things. Bill again was so helpful even after the sale of such a small item. While they don't look to have HUGE inventory they had both 6 and 12 string guitar strings in stock. They also said they could order anything else they might not carry and get it in quickly. The Prices where unbelievable. I had a box from my last set of 12 string purchased elsewhere and BTs price was About 1/2.
