"We absolutely LOVE TBDC! We’ve been lucky enough to be part of this program for the past year and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From day one, every staff member we encountered (from admin, to his direct teachers as well as teachers from other classrooms) has been wonderful, warm, caring and goes out of their way to get to know our son. They truly care about each child and their individual needs and hire the very best, most dedicated teachers. We get daily texts, pictures and updates about how he’s doing during the day, as well as a detailed report at pickup. Our son is so well cared for there and loves going in each day-couldn’t ask for a better program. Highly recommend!"

"Left my husband and I without a daycare after promising they had an opening and assuring me months later as I called back to ask if I could sign papers to ensure we had a spot. When the time of enrollment finally came I was informed there wouldn’t be an opening for another month. ** editing my review to respond to their comment: That was a very eloquent and well-written response. However, I wonder if the time that was taken to respond on their public forum would have been best used to call me personally to apologize and offer me my deposit money back that I paid. They will have time to give you an amazing tour and take your money but apparently not enough to personally apologize for the inconvenience of having to take a month off of work to find childcare after they promised there would be an opening."

"It is the worst daycare, stuff is always late in the morning to open their doors. They left my nephew at school even though they had another time to know he had a half day. They never answer their phone. Poor run and managed I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. I am writing this review because they never respond even when they say they will return your call. This was certainly not a Miss type. This happened at the daycare since then, my sister has removed my nephew from your care because it was so bad."

"Everything I could possibly say about this place is absolutely awesome.from environment to staff, everything is beautiful designed for our little ones to feel they belong to this place,everybody at school is friendly and always happy, they go beyond their professionalism to care about our little kids. My daughter did not know anything in English language,The owner just assured me that she will learn and they have handled such kids before that i should not worry. Madam Tia thank you so much for giving her a chance to join your school. I remember Miss Leslie could update us with daily reports and activities they carried out at school. I would not doubt for any minute that this is the best place for my little daughter to be. I am so happy that after looking for a day care around Ypsilanti, i ended up deciding to go with TBDC. we are going to miss you!"
