"Not a big review guy but it's obvious this place only gets bashed by the idiots who weren't prepared to pass a test. And for you people saying they got the wrong test, they make you verify all your info including test b4 younever enter testing room. After reading some reviews I was a little nervous even though I know I was prepared. Didn't realize it until I arrived, I took my post office entrance entrance exam here 6 years ago. Both experiences were fine. The people checking in could be a little friendlier but I think their straight to the point no messing around demeanor is to set precedent they wont hesitate to remove you. Upon checking out the proctor had a much more easy going demeanor. Overall both my experiences were great !"

"Hot Garbage! I was told to close out my test even though I had 20 minutes remaining. My allocated test time was spent with long registration, the wrong test being given to me, the computer not being set up on the correct browser, the test freezing, and the questions lagging every question. The staff is dismissive and disrespectful. Any attempt to resolve the issue (i.e. get a refund) has been met with zero returned emails or phone calls."

"Very disappointing interaction. The staffing here are horrible, they need to get a new job if they’re so miserable. We pay for this test, we study hard for this test and we travel to take this test.. the least I would expect from them is to work on behalf of us as well. It was very unprofessional for the lady working to cut our 180 minute Real Estate Exam by 40 minutes because she was ready to go home. Save yourself from the disrespect. And to the staffing here - do better."

"The building is not clearly marked. The inside is not clearly marked. I wondered around intil I could find a human to assist me. When I finally get to the correct destination the proctor was less than charming. By the time he was done checking me in, I was so done with him and the whole process. I didn't expect to be treated with such disregard. That guy needs CE in customer service!"

"Terrible experience. Waited over two hours and no one from PSI ever showed up for me to take my state test. Now a day later they want marked me as absent so it's a fail for me! And they want me to pay and reschedule to take the test in a month! Going on day 3 of calling and emailing customer service, still have not found a single helpful employee at PSI."
