"i went here from kindergarten till 4th grade but i could not handle it. i learned absolutely nothing here. i payed attention.i even had tutors and they sucked. practically they explained what ur supposed to do with it but not HOW to do it. kids sucked. i was always a "trouble maker" bc i had some mental problems that made me "weird" . i only always had 3-4 friends when i knew damn well they all talked bad abt me behind my back. glad i moved schools. send ur kids here if ur looking forward to making them feel worthless and have life issues."

"I went to Holly Academy from kindergarten to 8th grade. The curriculum is okay but the admins are horrible. One time I dyed my hair blue for the summer, I was not aware that it was not going to come out before school. It was almost out and that day I got called to the office randomly, the principal told me I needed to get it out ASAP and she kept touching me which made me super uncomfortable. During quarantine a bit after that I was called a waste of time by the musical teacher. I was struggling because I was not used to the online and he emailed me and my parents and called me a waste of time. How horrible. They also treat their students horribly; I was told from one of my friends that still go there that the boys bathroom broke in the middle school, and the teachers would not let them use their bathrooms and made them go all the way up to the gym in the freezing cold. You can tell that they favor girls over boys because of the way they treat the guys even if they laugh they would scream at them and tell them to be quiet. They also favored A+ students over students that had a harder time with grades. I would not send your kids to this school. Horrible environment for them to be in. So glad I am out of there!"

"I volunteer in the classroom once a week. The children's bathrooms are very dirty. It doesn't appear that they are cleaned regularly. No wonder the children are getting sick all the time. The entire school is not in good repair. The teachers seem to do a good job but I would expect a school to be exemplary in hygiene. Bathrooms should be cleaned at least once a day."

"This school is amazing!! My grandchildren go here and every time I pick them up they always tell me great stories from the amazing day they had. If you love your children, take them here!! The walls may be moldy, but the school is so good! Their extracurricular activities are amazingly unique!!! My oldest grandson does band in the morning and he loves it!! Holly Academy is a fun, amazing, unique school! Send your children there now!!!"

"The school is simply amazing! It offers so much more as far as classes though than a normal elementary or middle school! My son used to hate school, but now he practically wants to live there since we switched to holly acadamy. Spanish is taught from kindergarten to eighth grade. They offer instrument options as early as 4th grade!! They have a small orchard and greenhouse. Once they hit middle school the class selection beats anything I've seen from surrounding public schools! My son is in 6th grade and his electives this year are photography,engendering,Spanish foods and culture,gym,and agriculture (along with your basic core classes). Makes me kinda wish I could attend this school!!"
