"The referral to this Wound Care clinic by my surgeon... Upon my arrival I was completely mortified because my incision wouldn't close.. The team of ladies that assured me that they were going to get my wound to close... The assurance , the tenderness, the compassion, dedication and determination has been nothing short of being phenomenal. They have even taken the liberty of teaching me as they went. "I can not say enough wonderful things about this clinic, the nurses, the techs and the doctor. They were kind, gentle, enthusiastic, positive, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. The most impressive thing I can say about this clinic is the teamwork and unity of the staff. Every visit was like a well oiled machine. As a pediatric nurse myself I greatly appreciate the communication, immense knowledge, and teamwork between the doctor, nurses and techs. It made every visit run so smoothly. It is a wonderful feeling knowing the your care team shares the same passion and is all on the "same page". I visited the wound clinic weekly for 16 weeks after my surgical site opened after a panniculectomy from hip to hip. At each visit I was greeted with a very personal friendly "Hello Keri" and never waited longer than 5 minutes to be placed in a room. The rooms were clean and well stocked with necessary equipment to make the visit run smoothly and efficiently. Again the staff was the highlight of the visit however. In the beginning of my time there I had a lot of pain with the dressing changes. The techs and nurses were gentle and mindful regarding my pain and went at a pace that allowed me to adapt. Their positive encouragement and extensive knowledge regarding the wound therapy and materials used at each visit helped me to gain insight into my our healing. I was just discharged today and honestly will miss seeing them. I would give a 100 star rating if it was possible. To the staff: Thank you seems so small. You are an incredibly wonderful team and should be used as a model for clinical offices. Keep up the great work! You are AMAZING!"

Additionally, they made arrangements to provide a Visiting Nurse who was also very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend. Exceeded all expectations."
