"If i would give zero star i will instead of one. They never answer the phone, even if you request to give a call back they never, I've been calling for a week 3 to 5 times/day, and with no luck.thats is very disappointing and unprofessional."
"No one ever answers the phone!! Called this place multiple times & left messages, no one ever calls back. Also, I drove there in person on the 16th of November, 2023 and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed and they would be open normal operating hours the next day."
"Impossible to make an appointment, or get my son's records because they never answer the phone, and I mean never! I've been calling for 2 weeks straight daily at least 15-20 times per day, I got through once and was placed on perpetual hold and then disconnected after waiting an hour! Called 3 times today and was hung up on and slthen sent straight to voicemail again. I finally drove there the other day and they were closed! What kind of a doctor never answers their phones? Management needs to fire these incompetent people and hire some people who will actually work!"
"The room our family was placed in was filthy. I went through the cabinets trying to find Clorox wipes, was unable to find any wipes, went to the front desk to ask for wipes, was ignored by both MAs due to them playing on their cellular devices. I went behind the counter, grabbed the wipes myself and went back in to clean the room. The wipes were so filthy black I left them on the counter for them to see. The audiologist took us out for testing and when she brought us back into the room the MA put another family in our room with the dirty wipes still sitting on the counter, showing that no one cleaned the room between us. We were moved to another room which I requested be properly cleaned and I was told it was, I then showed the MA where I could visibly see dirt and after she wiped it, her rag was black, and I pointed that out to her. It clearly was not wiped before we came to which she told me it’s because they wipe back-and-forth and they don’t get in the grooves. Aside from that our audiologist and physician were absolutely fantastic! However, we would not return due to the filthy condition of the exam rooms."
"We were told to come for lab work and an x ray on a certain date due to a mobile machine. It was a snow storm that didn't happen. We arrived 1.5 hours after opening and after calling like directed. No answer but also nothing stating that they were closed due to weather. Office is dark. Not 1 person made it in? We left a message and received a call back from the central line who said that the Canton location doesn't do labs. They do. She stated that someone would call back. No-one did, it's been 2 weeks. I called today to see if we could go in. Gal answers and says that they are slow and she'll be there till 1pm. We arrive at 1220pm to a desk sign that they will return at 1245pm. We wait. At 1245, I approach the desk and ask about the lab draw. I am told that they are not doing labs today. I say that I spoke to a gal whose name starts with an L about an hour ago and she stated she'd be there until 1pm today and 3pm tomorrow. The front desk person was very annoyed and raised her voice at me. She says that she doesn't know what their hours are and that the other gal has left the building and has no idea if she'll back. I am extremely frustrated at this point and ask more questions like "is this person returning to work today so we can finally get the draw?" Her response was that she doesn't know anything while rolling her eyes. I ask her to please not roll her eyes at me and she raises her voice again stating that she won't even get started with me. Not once was there an apology for the many inconveniences, for the lack of communication, for the lack of knowing business hours, for really anything. Complete lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service. I cannot believe after reading these other reviews that this facility is still open."
