"I need to get lab work done first thing in the morning so I came in on Friday morning and there was a sign on the door saying that they were closed. I was late to work on Friday so I came back up to the office on Monday morning and they were closed again, but no sign on the door this time. There were about 12 people waiting for them to open. I waited there for 30 minutes and they never did. So, late to work two mornings now and still don’t have my blood work done."

"Milan lab is a small office. Limited seating and room. You must take a number, there is a few signs on the wall that states ‘Aggressive Behavior is Unacceptable’ with a list of Not acceptable behavior. The staff will not allow you at the window until your number is called. And they seem to have very dismissive attitudes of patients at the window. Waiting 20 minutes, with no sign of help. They did call, the younger person, that had the number after, my elderly mother’s number, first. Thankfully, the lab tech was great at taking blood from my elderly mother though!! My point of the sign, is that, if the staff is polite and the office running smooth, you will not need those signs, because the customers are happy and not shouting or angry at you. We did not yell at them, but did not feel welcome in their Wellness environment."

"I will drive to Domino’s Farms lab before I ever come here again. Staff have no regard for anyone’s time but their own. I arrived to the lab, there was one other patient there. I was told to take a number and take a seat as if there were ten patients waiting. The lab techs proceeded to have a 10 minute conversation before taking the patient before me back. I was now the only patient waiting. The patient before me came out and let me know I would be waiting for awhile to be seen. Me being the only person in the waiting room now, listened as they continued to talk and finally they asked for my registration information. Gave them the information and again was told to take a seat as the lab techs talked. I waited for another 15 minutes listening to them talk to then have one of the same lab techs finally called me back to take my urine sample. Put your patients first and save your personal conversation for another time."
