"We had the unfortunate need to use the ER at Chelsea St. Joseph Hospital and the experience was excellent. I see others do not share this experience, which is unfortunate, but we had no complaints. The nurses were attentive, patient, and professional. The doctor asked all the right questions and made sure my daughter's concerns were addressed. I would not hesitate to recommend the ER/Hospital."

"Chelsea Hosp radiologist missed a stroke finding on CT. A dif hosp doc confirmed this negligence to me. I had to keep pushing for MRI as it was obvious my dad had stroke. His behavior changed, excessive daytime sleepiness and he lost use of left side. But it was me who had to push for MRI as docs not doing anything for days. They thought CT was enough. There are no cardiologists or neurologists at hospital. These docs have to be called from Jackson, usually takes a day for the doc to come. The only bright spot is the nursing care. That was great. But I would never go back for any serious medical issue."
