"If you love your pet and value your pets health, please do not take them to this vet office! They will cancel on you last minute the day of for multiple appointments, they even cancel last minute on you when it comes to putting your sick and suffering pet down. The vet minimizes or ignores serious animal health issues such as tumors, dental diseases, and organ issues in animals. They don’t give quality care and are not thorough whatsoever, they do not diagnose correctly either. I know several past clients that had their pets actually suffer and die because of this vets neglect. I have a pet that now has serious progressed dental disease that has to undergo major dental surgery because of the constant minimizing and lack of quality care this vet office provided. Thankfully he now sees a different vet and is getting the thorough and humane care he deserves. I would not trust this vet office whatsoever, this practice needs to be shut down for neglect. Please do not take your beloved pets here they deserve better quality care!"

"I would not recommend this vet. The office staff is fine. The vet is unreliable and provides a low level of care. After being with them for several years, I had to leave. The cancelations were happening way too often. The real catalyst was that he downplayed a tumor he checked out on my dog saying it was most likely a fatty tumor, nothing to worry about. No follow up. After the tumor continued to grow, I made an appointment to have it rechecked. The vet canceled the appointment. This was the last straw. I went to a different vet. They recommended surgery right away. Turns out it was cancer. Had CCPH recommended even a biopsy instead of brushing it off, we could have nipped this cancer in the bud, months ago. I'm so glad I left this vet. In my opinion, he is not to be trusted. Hi is unreliable and does not provide thorough care."

"We’ve taken our pets here for over 5 years and unfortunately the service has been really bad lately. I know Dr B has had some personal things arise, but even when we call, we receive really rude responses. After the 4th cancelled appt and not being available for our dogs death, we went elsewhere. It took 3 additional calls to finally get vet records sent to us and the response was not very kind. We drove from TC after covid because we always had a great experience but the last year unfortunately has been unreliable and disappointing."

"I have been going there for years with my dog. He had more cancer then lung and they kept trying to say it was just fatty tumors. Before that it was a good vet....But these past few years it has gone down hill. Maybe listen to the people who live with the animals not just treat them like they don't know what they are talking about. We are finding a different vet for the rest of our pets. I had an autopsy done on my dog, I Informed this vet he kept hacking,.. I kept telling them he had signs of cancer.....I even tried talking to them about euthanasian... Nope just give him pills it will clear up..."

"The staff, and Dr Brakeman were so good to my old dog! Parker, my golden retriever needed to have half of his ear flap amputated due to a tumor, and the staff was absolutely wonderful! I can’t say enough about everyone that took care of my old guy. He recovered faster than expected. Thank You!❤️"
