"Took my lab puppy in for xylitol ingestion on a Friday afternoon. I was terrified to leave him but they took such excellent care of him. No one judged me for letting him get into gum, they just helped my boy. I called overnight because I was so worried and they were happy to give me an update. They did a lot to monitor and treat him and while the bill was large, I think it was extremely reasonable for the level of care my boy received. The waiting area is extremely comfortable with coffee, water, and toys for kiddos. I would bring my pet back in a heartbeat for emergency care. I am so thankful to have such a kind and knowledgeable group of staff so close to home."

"Our husky has had an aggressive skin condition that went untreated by our regular vet. Our dog was in visible pain, so we visited this hospital, hoping for relief. Dr. Rogers and his team were attentive, friendly, and listened to our concern. And more importantly, they diagnosed the underlying issue. Our friend is now on his way to recovering. I would highly recommend their care."

"5 stars is not enough for this place! Dr Karen and Abae We’re fantastic when we had to rush our 5 month puppy in late in the night on a Saturday, they did not hesitate one bit to get going and find out what was wrong with our baby girl. They both were very informative, and answered all of our questions in depth. As hard as it was to leave with out our baby both my husband and I knew she was being left in great care. This place will give you every detail of what they will be doing with your pet plus send updates while your pet is there and answer any questions you have! They give a very detailed plain of care with all expected costs as soon as your pets exam is done. One of the vet techs even sent us a picture of our girl while she was away which made our day! When we arrived to pick up our girl new staff was on shift and they were just as great and went over a very detailed care plain for recovery and answered all questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything before taking our baby home.This place really Does care and love what they do! Our girl was so excited to come home and is receiving great so far! If it was not for this place I do not think our baby would be with us"
