"I have been trying to manage/identify an allergy in my cat since last August and this VCA has been so unhelpful in every way. This past year and a half have been incredibly challenging for everyone so I have been patient, but I am at my wits end with these vets. Communication without ever getting to actually see the veterinarian has been nonlinear and ineffective. In my last communication with the front desk staff I expressed frustration because they keep parroting the my cat is experiencing a flea allergy, even though we have already determined TOGETHER that this is not the case. She is NOT on flea medication because in the past they have left painful burns in her neck- I would love to get her on a flea medication but the vet has yet to prescribe a new one. All of my communications with the front desk have been received with patience and understanding but I have yet to hear from a doctor. They have been kind and I know they treat animals with care, but clearly this hospital is overbooked or something. I am looking into other veterinary services and I would recommend anyone else do the same."
