"My "teacher" Mark (or something) was late every time and out the door before I even had my jacket on (I took lessons in winter). They won't do much besides run you through a few songs or whatever until they can clock out. They also erroneously charged me for a set of lessons I didn't sign up for and refused to pay me back. If you're looking to get your kid out of the house for a while, this place is pretty cheap. If you actually want to learn something, go with a more respectable instructor/institution."
