"I usually have a great experience at this facility but I will no longer be bringing my pet here on my last one. The large girl at the front desk, Elliot, was unnecessarily insulting and condescending. Everyone else who works here is a gem but unfortunately one bad apple spoils the bunch. When you bring your pet in for a surgery, the last thing you want is to speak with someone who is short tempered and clearly not wanting to be there. There are some very talented and compassionate people working there, but it is too much of a vibe kill to have to speak with this troll at the front desk."

"Molly, the vet tech at East Bay Animal Hospital was nothing short of amazing. The first time I called there she took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding my dog. She was a book of knowledge. Her willingness to spend a significant amount of time and reassure me is what made me choose this place as my vet. A lot of times people rush you off the phone, but Molly made me feel like I was a priority even though we hadn't even been there yet. That kind of customer service you just can't find anymore. The vet Dr. Kim was super nice and knowledgeable too and they made me feel like I was the only patient in that hospital. Thanks for your awesome customer service and we're so happy you're our vet!"

"All four of our dogs go to this vet. They seem to be very interested in the animals and know what they are talking about. The only complaint I have is that the vet has very limited hours and it can take a week to hear back about important tests or results. We often use the 24 hour vet associated with this business to supplement their services."

"I’m impressed! My first visit was with my 2 cats whom are like children to me with Dr. Paige. Since I was unable to go inside due to covid, I had to send them in alone with the techs/assistants. I was very hesitant because my cats are a little sassy. Dr. Paige called me with updates during the visit, told me how they were loving on my kitties and came outside personally to let me know how each visit went. Both my cats left happy and I felt very comfortable! Highly recommend!"
