"Haven't been here.. yet. But just by communicating with them they have been very friendly and helpful. Pretty disappointed in myself but I do have a good reason why I didn't show up for my appointment. I had too many things going on that day, and a couple of them were unexpected and I needed to take urgent action that took up my time and mental capacity. Also after I took care of those issues or attempted to I realized that I set my appointment up for nights, forgetting that I would be taking the bus. I would have called but like I said I had urgent issues I was dealing with. I'm so very sorry for the inconvenience."
