"The school is good. 4 star. Wade the state driving guy should have an investigation in to his practices. This unfriendly rude in a hurry guy needs to find a job where he can be by himself. I would fire any employee that treated customers the way he treated my daughter and wife.. He set up the car to make it impossible to make the turn even for me who has been driving a 5500 for 20 years. I couldn't have done it in a ugo. He would not allow her time to set up her seat so she could not see anything. She is 2 feet shorter than wade.(who drove the car in) What a joke. I want a refund and a tester with a good attitude that does not set them up for failure with where he parks the car or not letting them set up the seat. They need to be investigated for a scam. He was so mean my daughter walked away crying and not because she failed. Not cool not cool. Don't use wade find another person. Note to response. We have called 2 times and left messages with no response."

"Update: I passed!!! Thanks Mike!!!! While I haven't taken my test yet, I am confident I will passed. My instructor was Michael Roskamp, and it's because of his patience, calm demeanor that I was able to conquer parallel parking and he managed to make it fun. I have failed the test before due to this and Michael made it a primary focus, which greatly reduced my anxiety. I would recommend him to anyone who is a little nervous about getting out on the road or who hasn't passed their test. He is all about your success, is honest, provides constructive/helpful feedback and seems to really enjoy what he does."

"My daughter tested at the Plainfield location with Dave and it was not a great experience. We arrived early and waited and when our time came went into the office and were asked if we could step outside as he had an issue from the previous day he needed to talk to his manager about. No big deal. Come back inside and he proceeds to tell us about how he got into an accident the day before with another student and wrecked their car at 40mph. Reassured us it wasn’t the student’s fault and only experienced drivers would know how to have handled it. Mentioned he didn’t use his brake in the car because that would have meant an immediate fail for the student. I guess it’s better to crash the car instead. Needless to say, hearing this didn’t reassure my already very nervous daughter. They went out to do the parking test and because she couldn’t pass the parallel parking section we didn’t even make it out on the road. I rebooked a test for the following week through Rockford schools and she had no problems passing the test there. My daughter also said Dave was belittling and made comments about how terrible she was. I wouldn’t waste your money here when there are better options available. I should have learned my lesson as we also took my older daughter here and had a similar experience with a different instructor."

"My son needed extra help to build knowledge and confidence before taking the road test. I signed him up for private lessons through Century. Mike was very patient, kind, met my son at his level and taught him what he needed to know. We also had a great experience working with (Joe F) for our road testing on Plainfield. I highly recommend this company if your teenager needs a little extra help before taking the road testing."
