"Very unprofessional! My son is currently attending and will not attend next year. This is his first year of which is not a full year; I would pull him out if the school year wasn't so close to ending. Apparently, he was having behavior and academic problems in school and the teacher did not bother to call me because she "wanted to earn his trust" and because he asked her not to contact me so she made the decision not to do so and to in fact contacted a social worker instead. During conference times, she had an ugly attitude and could not or refused to elaborate on his behavioral and academic problems, with the principal sitting in on the conference. Being that we were new to the school, I had never met the principal and she did not bother to even introduce herself before, during or even after the conference. She just sat there and didn't even explain to me why she was even in my child's conference. I was a little upset about how the entire conference was held as well as how unprofessional the teacher's attitude is and how unprofessional the principal is to sit in a not introduce herself. As a result, I called the school the following day to set up an appointment to talk to the principal about how things were done. I left a message on her voicemail and waited an entire week with no return call from her. I have not talked to her yet."
