"There is definitely a communication issue or perhaps a logistics issue considering we scheduled two different rides with Yates Dial A Ride (same day). Our pick up was more than 30 minutes late, however our driver was very friendly and the bus was clean. Our return trip never arrived. We called and they said they had NO RECORD of our booking a return trip. We said we needed one and the dispatcher said she was unable to give us an approximate time for the pick up. We waited.... and waited. We once again called and the dispatcher said that they had already and been and gone from the location. Never did we see them, nor did they ever try to contact us when they arrived at the site. Yates Dial A Ride (Lake County) could probably take a lesson or two from MOTA as MOTA arrived within 5 minutes of the scheduled time both to and from our destinations in Mecosta County. I do recommend MOTA, but Yates has some educating/re-training to do in the area of customer service, logistics and scheduling."

"They are slow af and some times will take over an hour to pick u up and doesn't give u a discount but if u take too long and thy leave you the next Tim you call they make u pay double! Some of the drivers are OK tho. And the people that answer the phones don't put the caller 1st"

"I wish I could give them less than 1 star. Absolute garbage service from 95% of the drivers and office staff. Great if you like to be 2 hours late for something. 0/10 would not recommend"
