"NEVER GO HERE!!!! It would be a waste of your time to come here than to drive half an hour to warsaw for better treatment. This is definitely the most unorganized, chaotic, dirty hospital i’ve been in. i can wipe dirt off the floor with a clorox wipe, i legit watched a nurse do it. the floors are white, not tan. also every single nurse, doctor, or just random people walking/sitting around in scrubs are down right rude. they don’t care about any patients well being, unless they’re pooling out blood. they’ll leave you waiting for hours. I’m writing this while we’ve been here for TWO HOURS, and all they have done is give him fluids through an IV. they don’t care about treatment, they just care about their money. my boyfriends blood pressure was near stroke level and when i mentioned it, they did nothing. they said “you just have to wait”. while he was getting vitals done, i was cut off, my boyfriend was in so much pain he couldn’t talk, yet the lady proceeded to ask him a question, in the middle of me speaking to her. Not to mention once we finally got into a room, there was dried blood splattered on the floor, along with the tip of an IV. I mentioned a condition to the doctor and he basically disregarded what i had to say, only because “he’s been doing this for 26 years”. If i could leave a review with the city that’s exactly what i would do. 95% of the employees shouldn’t be in a hospital setting. they don’t have sympathy for their patients whatsoever, nor do they have hospitality."

"The birthplace floor at Goshen hospital is phenomenal. We had the best experience ever with our first baby. Nurses are competent and attentive, they respect your birthing plan and do everything in their power to provide a good experience and smooth delivery."

"I sat for 6 hours waiting. Arrived around 7:30. The doctor came in at 9:30 said he would be back but didn’t return until 12:30. I understand that they’re low staffed but that is crazy. All for them to give me two pills and a shot. On the plus side the doctor was very kind and apologized for the wait. The nurse on the other hand was very rude and asked me what I expect them to do for me. Not empathetic at all until she made me cry. The whole time we were waiting nobody checked in on us or asked how we were doing. I was freezing. I wasn’t given any blanket or asked if I was comfortable."

"A family member had an accident at work and he was taken to Goshen Hospital's ER. The response and care was fast and profesional. I believe they saved his life. He has spent a week at the hospital and the care and service has been great. I have stayed with him overnight a few days and the nurses and doctors have done an excellent job. They have a great cafeteria area, the whole place is very clean and feels safe. I feel fortunate and grateful to have a good hospital within minutes from home. Yes, I am sure there are things to improve, but my experience has been a good one and I am grateful."
