"I placed an order for a falafel shawarma with no feta and curly fries. I have ordered falafel numerous times from other restaurants and this was the worst I ever had. It was freezing cold with feta, something I can't eat. I called Bucharest twice, asking to speak to the manager at 6:20pm Sunday 2/18/24 and waited about 10 minutes for the manager to come to the phone never did. I then called back to be told that the manager was busy and could not take my call. What happened to customer service and quality?"
"I was very disappointed. Every other location, their food is delicious. What little beef was in my sandwich was tough this place. The rest grisly or just pure fat. The service was great and fairly fast. I've never had a problem with the other locations. Hopefully, they will select better products in the future."
"Not sure why this location gets such negative ratings, but the food has been on point here all 3 times I've gone. Service could use a bit of help, but that's how it is at all Bucharest locations. My salads have always been loaded with chicken like you've come to expect with Bucharest. Cut them some slack as I'm sure they're going through growing pains."
