Chipotle Mexican Grill

"My husband and I were looking forward to enjoying one of our favorites. That was not the case here! Dining area was absolutely disgusting! There were several employees behind the counter, standing around. We had to ask for someone to clean a table, which an employee came out and barely swept along with barely wiping the table down. Tables, floors, under drink dispensers were unsanitary, with them opening at 10:45am and it only being 1:00pm this was unacceptable. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in several days. We will not be eating at this location again! Booooo Chipotle. Do better!"

"My son and I ordered tacos and a burrito bowl. They threw all the taco ingredients inside a bowl and did not include any taco shells. Also, there was a very, very little meat. They got to do better for the price you pay."

"Really wish I would have read the reviews on this location. I’m new to the area and was looking for a new location to go to. Safe to say this was the one and only time I will be using this location. I paid extra for for extra chicken and barely got a normal portion worths!! And I requested extra rice, pico sour cream and cheese. Got a whole bowl of rice and barely anything else! Just makes no sense!! When I went to go pick up my order bc I didn’t order on the app. Immediately I noticed nothing but dirty tables and garbage on the floor. If I didn’t already pay for my food I would have just turned around and walked out, that is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone! I would rather drive all the way over to the Rochester location."

"I would have given FIVE STARS until my last visit a few days ago. For years, going to Chipotle and if getting a bowl for take-out would always ask for a side of cilantro (it is not an order option). No problem. Now, they won't even sell you a side of cilantro no matter how much you offer to pay. You go tell my wife she can't have her cilantro anymore!!!!!!!"

"Chipotle is the place to go if you want to spend $17 on one meal and sit in a filthy dining room while employees lean on the counter looking bored. Barely any filling in my burrito, except a full ladle of the hot sauce that I asked for ‘very little’ of, making it almost inedible. Then, half the filling spilled out when he rolled it. Every table dirty."
