King's Pizza

"I was disappointed by the last pizza I bought here. I wanted extra cheese so they put hardly no pepperoni in between the cheeses. I was very disappointed. I visit here a lot. I called and complained and the young lady said we put the same number of pepperoni's on all the pizzas and I said not on this one. I want my pepperoni's on top not under the cheese. So I can actually see them. Each slice had one pepperoni under it if any. I took it apart and looked. Shame on them."

"So I have been a great customer of this place for 15+ years. Last night I placed an order for a large Supreme pizza and 2 orders of the bone in wings..The pizza was very overcooked and dry and so were the wings I mean the wings were so overcooked you could not bite through them. No one enjoyed dinner and after seeing no one ate the wings because they were just too hard cooked and only i ate a slice of pizza because i had to work so i wasn't able to call at the moment. after thinking about it because the food is pricey decided I would call about my order..A young lady answered and I started off by saying " I feel terrible for calling and poliety explined about my order.. the young lady was nice and told me she would get a manager. Rudely Michelle the manager came on the line did not offer an apology but immediately went into saying their was nothing that could be done and I shoulda called last night! Had she let me explain she woulda heard me say i was working last night and wasn't able to call. If she would have listened she also would have heard me say i still had all the hard wings and i would have shown her how dry the pizza was too Not wanting a refund or a new order, but some common courtesy and appreciation for the business would have gone a long way..At the end of the day I understand things happen and had she shown some type of compassion for a long-time customer that chose to spend my money at king's pizza. But instead her lack of care concern appreciation and rudeness is the reason I will never order from them again. Take your business to an establishment that cares."

"Their pizza is soo soo good! The reason for 4 stars is because I usually always order extra ranch, and the last few times, they have forgotten to give me it. And it's a $1.00 for the tiny container of extra ranch. The pizza sauce is twice the size. I'm also giving 4 stars because there is a delivery driver, an older skinny white man about retirement age who Is, hmmm...not the nicest ill say. He just seems annoyed Everytime I've gotten pizza delivered. So I've decided to just pickup. I tip 5-8 dollars Everytime depending on weather conditions and live less than a mile from the restaurant, so there is no reason for his attitude . Another thing is, when I order online, it always tries to adjust my tip to 20%!! For pickup! I had to go in and change it 3 times today. I don't think this is because of the restaurant, I think the website was set up this way. Writing this review it hopes some of this can get fixed, or it just might be more convenient to go elsewhere. It's also say the rest of the staff is super friendly, not sure what the delivery guys issue is."

"When my husband and I crave chicken dinners we always come here! For what you pay it’s so worth it. Chicken strips, bread sticks, handfuls of fries and slaw. The ranch is the good stuff! BBQ is to die for!"

"The young lady that answered the phone was so polite! The delivery driver was very courteous and my food arrived sooner than the delivery time given to me. Both the wings and my Chicago Style pizza were cooked to perfection! I will definitely be ordering from this location again, as well as recommending Kings to friends and family. Thank you guys again for making not only my dinner, but my night! Edit: Just ordered from them again and the food was cooked to perfection! Had the same delivery driver and he was so polite! Thank you guys again! I have already recommended this location to family and friends. We are a big pizza family - expect more orders! You guys rock!!"
