"Wingstop has great food, and whenever i place an order it is always correct. However; the employees are extremely rude and they act like you inconvenience them by going inside to place an order there. They won’t come up to the register to take your order and they will just stand in the back ignoring you on purpose and when they have to come up to the register to order, there all annoyed and there attitude is insane, i’ve actually had one of the employees talk back to me there on 2 occasions. one of the employees just sits on her phone the entire time at the register not taking orders. Also this location is very dirty, there is always a big puddle or water on the floor when i go there, and there are fruit flies everywhere! especially by the pop/ tea machines. So all i have to say is whenever you go there mentally prepare yourself for bad customer service."

"I saw all the negative reviews and spun the wheel. They did a fine job. Lotta Karen’s and Kevin’s leaving reviews here. The wings were delicious. As a serve safe professional, I can say this place is a safe place to eat. Everything gets deep fried and goes right into a sterile box. I ate 30 wings all by myself and loved each wing like a child. First time at a wing stop but I’d go back."

"Customer service was good, but it took a while for actual food to be cook as of they were cooking 1 order at a time. Chicken wings have gotten smaller in my opinion. Everything was still pretty tasty, but compared to other similar places, lacking value."

"We placed a large order for takeout for our office a few weeks ago and everything seemed to go well and we were treated nicely by the staff at first. When we got back to the office, we realized we were missing an order of 20 boneless wings, fries, and veggie sticks. No biggie, it happens with big orders. We go back and i tried calling on the way and i got put on hold with no answer. We arrive and go to the front counter to explain what we were missing. We were very kind and understanding and were taken aback when one of the employees accused us of lying and said to the manager "if you want to give them free food then go ahead". We were astounded as we would have never wasted company time to go back to the store to get "free food" that we personally didn't pay for in the first place (we used a company card). We waited, angry and upset, for our "free food" to be made. The manager did not correct the employees behavior. We didn't even get an apology. We had tipped over $20 on this order and boy do i wish we could take that back. I've never been treated so poorly from any establishment before, let alone be called a liar. Not to mention, having to go back caused the whole experience to take over 3 hours which is insane. The store was also dirty and cabinets were open exposing dirty leaking pipes by the drink machine. Our food was also overcooked, dry, and mine personally was cold after having to go all the way back to the store to retrieve the rest of our order. Seeing other reviews, I now see this is a common issue and will NEVER be returning here."

"TERRIBLE SERVICE I asked the young lady at the register for a new cup because the cup was bent and broken at the top that she was handing me. She replied “it is a new cup” with an attitude, so I told her to look at it and she handed me a new cup. I said “Thank You” no reply. I come back in because my fries are cold the girl at register said “oh my god”, so rude! I put the fries on the counter and she said “what’s the problem” I said my fries are cold. She doesn’t say anything. She tells the older lady in the kitchen cooking that they’re cold. The older lady yells from the back of the kitchen “regular or large”. I can’t hear that well she had to ask 4 times. Never approached the counter. So unprofessional. The young lady at the register said “you can throw them away. I toss the fries. The older lady hands me some fries 45 seconds later colder than the first order of fries with no seasoning. I turn back around and they’re all looking at me crazy. I have never been so frustrated with restaurant service. I ordered all of my food WELL DONE. All of it was SOGGY. I paid extra for all flats and when I got home I couldn’t even eat them because my lemon pepper wings were soaked in butter, there was barely any lemon pepper. The butter leaked down onto my hot wings. So I couldn’t eat those either. I have never received such poor service from this location. The ladies who usually work there are so kind and my food is always fresh and hot. I’ve had one issue ever and it was cold fries and they fried some fresh and replaced it with no issues. The ladies who are working in there now seem to hate their jobs. I did file a complaint. It is sad to say I won’t be returning to this location. I also have to find another meal because my food is inedible which is a major inconvenience."
