Have a daughter that needs to walk over a mile to a bus stop by herself down sidewalks that are never plowed in the winter. so that then pushes her to walk down the road which is a road that drivers go up and down at 55 mile an hour very unsafe. And the reason for me to give them 1 rating is that she always has got picked up at the end of our driveway since she’s been in elementary. And They don’t even have a Transportation Direct her in the office right now. And prior to us finding out that they change this bus route a week prior before she was going to school and they had her on the route to be picked up at our driveway very upsetting."
